Warranties: My Umbrella Shop Terms & Conditions
MyUmbrellaShop.com umbrellas are guaranteed for one year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following: frame, crank, tilt, mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps, cap. Also, this guarantee does not cover the following: product failure caused by unreasonable use and/or care, acts of nature (I.e. wind/storm damage). If a defect in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period; MyUmbrellaShop.com will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product without charge. If a problem occurs after the warranty period you may request a repair or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage. Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility. Vinyl and mesh fabrics do not come with any warranties. In addition, “All Outdura Fabric comes with it’s own guarantee. Certain conditions apply.”

Important Issues You Need to be Aware Of
Especially relevant, My Umbrella Shop will not accept returns without an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
The RA# must be on the outside of the package near the label. If the RA# is not visible on the outside of the box, My Umbrella Shop will refuse the package. There is a 30% restocking fee on all orders returned. Please take the time to get every detail correct before placing the order. IF you have questions before you place your order, please call . Please be aware of this fee before placing the order and all details have been thoroughly reviewed by all parties. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any order with an RA#, after 30 days the the product cannot be returned. All returns must be back at My Umbrella Shop within 30 days of the original date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Call Tags for Returns
Also, for returns, you must fill out a call tag request form. Therefore, the RA# must be on the outside of the package near the label. If the RA is not visible on the outside of the box, My Umbrella Shop will refuse the package. My Umbrella Shop will bill Call Tags to you until determined otherwise.
Goods Damaged During Shipment
Please open and inspect each item for concealed damage from shipping. Furthermore, the carrier only gives us three days to notify them of concealed damage; after three days the claim is denied! Please understand that we are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier, and they will not be repaired at our expense. If you miss the deadlines you will be responsible for the repair/replacement cost. Please take the time to inspect the product upon receipt. This is your responsibility. If there is concealed damage, you must notify our shipping department immediately so we can get the claim started before their deadline of three days. Finally, our shipping department must file claims within three days to receive a credit from the carrier for goods damaged in shipment!. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our current lead time is 2-3 weeks for umbrellas without logos or digital print. For umbrellas with logos or digital print the lead time will be 3-4 weeks. Call for lead time on all other products.
